We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes, extensive experience in configuring and implementing Business Central solutions, and a proven track record of leading successful ERP projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and ensure seamless implementations.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

Lead workshops with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and requirements.

Analyse and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for Business Central configurations.
Solution Design and Configuration:

Design and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to meet client needs across modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Project Management.

Develop and implement workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance business processes.

Provide strategic recommendations to optimize client operations using Business Central.
Client Training and Support:
-
Train end-users on how to use Business Central effectively, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system.

Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and resolving functional issues.
Data Migration:
-
Lead data migration projects, ensuring accurate and seamless transfer of data from legacy systems to Business Central.

Develop and execute data migration plans, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
Integration and Collaboration:

Collaborate with technical consultants to integrate Business Central with other systems (e.g., Power Platform, third-party applications).

Work with Microsoft Power BI for advanced reporting and analytics.
Project Management:

Lead Business Central implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage client expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
Documentation:

Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.

Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date.
Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Recommend and implement improvements to optimize client processes and system performance.
Required:

5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).

Strong understanding of ERP concepts and business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).

Expertise in requirement gathering, solution design, and client training.

Proven experience in data migration and integration with other systems.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead projects and work independently or as part of a team.
