Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
Guide and support the team to achieve individual and collective targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure consistent progress toward goals.
Address escalations and resolve client or team-related issues effectively.
Achieve team targets consistently on a month-on-month basis.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
