Key Responsibilities
- Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategic business plans to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Business Development: Generate leads and secure deals by actively meeting with architects, builders, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor a team of sales executives. Set performance metrics (KPIs), track performance, and evaluate team metrics.
- Channel & Dealer Management: Develop and maintain a strong network of dealers, distributors, and uPVC fabricators.
- Technical Consultation: Act as a technical expert to guide clients through the structural and functional benefits of uPVC windows.
- Financial Management: Monitor the financial pipeline, negotiate contracts, handle payment collections, and manage credit control.
- Market Intelligence: Analyze competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Typically 3 to 10+ years of proven sales and business development experience in the building materials, home improvement, or fenestration (windows/doors) industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of uPVC profiles, glass configurations, hardware, and installation processes.
- Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Networking: Strong contacts and relationships with the local architectural and construction communities.
- Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM software to manage pipelines and track customer journeys.
Pay: ₹14,219.42 - ₹57,098.76 per month
