About the Role
We are looking for a confident and result-driven Sales Manager to lead customer engagement and sales for our upcoming premium residential project. The role involves handling leads from enquiry to closure — ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads from digital campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Provide accurate project information to clients and schedule site visits.
- Conduct site presentations and guided tours, highlighting project features and advantages.
- Manage the complete sales pipeline — from first contact to deal closure and documentation.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead feedback and performance insights.
- Maintain and update CRM / lead tracking tools with call logs, visit records, and deal status.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding brand values and service quality.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate sales or high-value B2C sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Smart personality with a customer-centric and persuasive approach.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented individual.
- Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and WhatsApp/Google Sheets for lead tracking.
- Passionate about property sales and willing to grow with a reputed brand.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
