Role: Senior GenAI Full Stack Engineer – GBS Agentic AI Use Cases
Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid)
Experience: 8–10 Years
CTC: Up to ₹45 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop end-to-end AI-powered applications across backend, APIs, and frontend layers.
- Build reusable AI agent frameworks for workflow automation, intelligent search, and document processing.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, ticketing, and knowledge management systems.
- Ensure production-ready deployment using MLOps and DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven solutions for enterprise workflows.
- Mentor engineering teams and drive best practices in AI and software development.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of Full Stack Software Engineering experience with 3+ years in GenAI.
- Strong expertise in Python, LLMs, Agentic AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Experience with RAG architectures, Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), and Search Systems.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, testing, and production deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale AI and GenAI solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
