- Outbound/Inbound Calls: Proactively calling prospects and handling incoming inquiries regarding products or services.
- Sales & Lead Gen: Generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales deals.
- Customer Service: Answering product-related questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints effectively.
- Data Management: Updating customer contact details and tracking interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-ups: Recontacting potential clients to move them along the sales funnel
