Support the IT Service Management teams in the development of content and materials (and not limited to):
ITSM process review/development
ITSM OpEx SharePoint administration
ITSM training and web usage/analytics
Development and production of Optum ITSM training LearnSource courseware related to ITSM
OpEx processes, e.g., Incident Management, SLO specific.
Lead ITSM transition of Optum learning systems from LearnSource, LinkedIn and finally into LMS
Skills include video production, UI design principles and successful training concepts and ideation manage the ITSM training courses and documentation for our Mergers and Acquisitions, as well as new internal users to the platform.
