About the Role
The MEL Associate will support data tracking, assessment management, reporting, and analysis across UMEED’s programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about using data to drive social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Track and monitor program assessments and data collection processes.
- Maintain and clean data trackers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze program data and identify trends and insights.
- Support impact reporting, dashboards, and donor reporting.
- Coordinate with program teams to strengthen data collection and reporting processes.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Data Management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in MEL, data analytics, research, or program coordination.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with survey and reporting tools is preferred.
- Prior NGO/development sector experience is an added advantage.
