Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager with strong B2C sales experience. The ideal candidate should have the ability to manage branch operations, drive revenue growth, handle high targets, lead teams, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Candidates from Salon, Spa, Beauty, Education, Retail, or Service industries with strong sales and customer-handling skills are preferred.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall branch operations and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead and motivate the branch team to deliver business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Greet potential customers, understand their needs, identify concerns, and recommend suitable products/services.
- Convert customer enquiries into sales through effective counselling and product/service presentations.
- Understand and utilize product/service knowledge to resolve customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Drive B2C sales through customer engagement, follow-ups, and relationship management.
- Monitor daily sales activities, customer interactions, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
- Prepare and share daily customer reports, weekly work plans, and monthly performance reports with management.
- Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and coordinate with internal departments to improve services and customer communication.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities and suggest improvements in products, services, and processes.
- Ensure smooth coordination between branch teams and corporate departments.
- Maintain branch discipline, operational standards, and service quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum experience in Branch Management / Sales Management.
- Strong experience in B2C sales and achieving high targets.
- Experience in Salon, Spa, Beauty, Retail, or Edu-Tech industry preferred.
- Excellent communication, customer handling, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to manage teams and drive performance.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
