Responsibilities
Sampling & Production Tracking: Coordinate and track the entire sampling and production process for all men's apparel products from initial design concept to final garment delivery. Factory Liaison & Site Visits: Conduct frequent, hands-on factory visits and maintain daily phone communication with manufacturing units to monitor progress, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and ensure production timelines are strictly met.
BOM Creation: Develop and maintain accurate, detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) sheets for all styles, specifying all fabric, trim, and hardware requirements. Trim Management & Follow-up: Proactively source, procure, and relentlessly follow up on all trims, components, and accessories with internal and external factories to prevent any line stoppages.
Internal Team Procurement Support: Collaborate closely with internal teams to facilitate the smooth creation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials and production services. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with designers, product developers, and suppliers to deeply understand styling requirements and set realistic execution timelines for each product category.
Vendor & Cost Negotiation: Manage relationships with external vendors and manufacturers, overseeing sample requests, negotiating costs, and enforcing strict quality control parameters.
Quality Assurance Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with the QA team to quickly address any construction defects, fit issues, or discrepancies identified during the sampling or bulk stages, implementing immediate corrective actions.
Documentation & Data Integrity: Maintain immaculate, up-to-date records of sample approvals, revisions, fabric data sheets, and costing utilizing internal ERP/software systems.
Budget & Lead-Time Monitoring: Monitor and report on technical lead times, sampling costs, and trim inventory levels to optimize budget planning and resource allocation.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
