Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries or complaints.
- Monitor showroom sales, walk-ins, conversions, and team performance.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and showroom cleanliness.
- Maintain stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse/team for inventory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Train and guide showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and productivity.
- Implement promotional activities and offers to improve showroom sales.
- Handle cash, billing, documentation, and other operational activities as per company policy.
- Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and business requirements.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
