Key responsibility is to ensure proper manpower deployment at client sites by hiring new guards and housekeeping staff, and arranging relievers as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must maintain 100% attendance,
- Conduct site visits handle client communication, and ensure staff discipline.
- Strong coordination, quick decision-making
- Local manpower sourcing skills are essential
