The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customers’ healthcare insurance needs, explaining suitable insurance plans, and assisting them throughout the policy purchase process. Key Responsibilities - Identify and understand customers’ health insurance requirements. - Explain health insurance plans, coverage, benefits, exclusions, and policy terms clearly. - Generate leads and develop new customer relationships. - Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful policies. - Provide accurate information and help customers choose suitable plans. - Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. - Assist customers with policy-related queries and basic claim guidance. - Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team growth. - Maintain proper records of customer interactions and sales activities. Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Malayalam and English communication skills preferred. - Sales/customer service experience is an advantage, but freshers are welcome. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn. - Basic knowledge of computers and smartphones. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
