Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up with members for pending and balance payment collections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing members.
- Convince members for membership upgrades and renewals.
- Promote and sell add-on services and benefits.
- Ensure high customer retention through regular engagement and support.
- Assist members with bookings, reservations, and service requests.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Provide end-to-end support throughout the membership lifecycle.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve collection, retention, upgrade, and sales targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and enhance overall member satisfaction.
- Experience: 1–3 Years
Working Conditions
- Work from office ( Noida sec 62)
- 6 days working
- 10am to 6 pm
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
