We are seeking a proactive, highly organized, and communicative Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team. This dual-impact role requires an individual who can smoothly manage client relationships while ensuring that day-to-day office administrative operations and marketing tasks run seamlessly.
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary bridge between our clients and internal execution teams, translating client requirements into clear action items, maintaining daily office discipline, and tracking project timelines.
Key Responsibilities1. Client Communication & Relationship Management
- Primary Point of Contact: Act as the first line of daily communication for clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- Requirement Gathering: Attend client briefing meetings, accurately document their needs, and translate them into actionable briefs for the technical/creative teams.
- Status Reporting: Share regular progress reports, campaign performance updates, and follow-ups with clients to ensure alignment and build long-term trust.
- Feedback Coordination: Collate client feedback on ongoing projects, clarify specifics, and route them internally to prevent execution delays.
2. Day-to-Day Office Operations & Coordination
- Internal Workflow Tracking: Coordinate daily timelines and deliverables across different internal departments (designers, developers, and digital marketers).
- Task Accountability: Follow up with team members on a daily basis to ensure project deadlines and internal milestones are strictly met.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain up-to-date data structures, project trackers, and clients' folders utilizing spreadsheets (MS Excel/Google Sheets) or CRM tools.
- Meeting Scheduling: Organize, schedule, and prepare agendas or required materials for internal team huddles and client syncs.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
