About the Role
We are looking for a passionate AI Product Manager to join our Product team.
In this role, you'll own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and solutions. You'll work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Business, and other cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, define product requirements, launch AI-first experiences, and continuously improve them based on user feedback and data.

What You'll Do
· Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features, from ideation and discovery to launch and iteration.
· Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
· Work closely with Engineering and AI/ML teams to translate product requirements into scalable AI-powered solutions.
· Collaborate with Design teams to create simple, intuitive, and user-friendly AI experiences.
· Understand AI capabilities and limitations and make informed decisions around LLMs, models, prompts, RAG, agents, and AI workflows.
· Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new AI product opportunities.
· Define and track product KPIs including adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, accuracy, and business impact.
· Plan and execute product experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product outcomes.
· Prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, technical feasibility, and effort.
· Continuously monitor AI product performance and work with relevant teams to improve accuracy, reliability, latency, and overall user experience.
· Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, tools, models, and industry trends and identify opportunities to integrate them into the product.
What We're Looking For
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Good understanding of concepts such as prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI agents, and model evaluation.
· Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and other cross-functional teams.
· Strong understanding of product discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and product lifecycle management.
· Ability to translate complex technical and AI concepts into clear product requirements and user experiences.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Experience defining and tracking product metrics and KPIs.
· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Good to Have
· Experience building or launching AI agents, AI assistants, or AI automation workflows.
· Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and software development concepts.
· Familiarity with AI platforms and tools such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, or similar technologies.
· Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
· Experience taking products or features from 0→1.
· Basic understanding of Python or other programming languages.
· Understanding of AI evaluation, hallucination, model limitations, and responsible AI practices.
· Experience working with product analytics and experimentation tools.
