Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) Portal
- Create, update, and optimize product listings (catalogue, pricing, specifications)
- Handle Bid / BOQ / Reverse Auction processes
- Monitor and respond to buyer queries on the GeM portal
- Track orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and dispatch
- Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines, policies, and timelines
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to bids, orders, and sales
- Resolve order-related issues, returns, and complaints on GeM
- Stay updated with latest GeM notifications and circulars
