Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and related business applications. The ideal candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in application support, incident management, and troubleshooting enterprise applications.
The role involves handling support tickets, diagnosing application issues, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless support for business users during UK business hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1/L2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE applications
- Monitor, manage, and resolve support tickets within defined SLAs
- Troubleshoot application issues and perform root cause analysis
- Gather logs, screenshots, and technical details for issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to development or senior support teams
- Create and maintain incident documentation and support records
- Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to understand issues
- Support release activities, deployments, and post-release validations
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Application Support or Enterprise Application Support
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, SMAX, Jira Service Management, etc.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps or similar ticket management tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working in UK-aligned support shifts
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse
- Knowledge of Power Automate troubleshooting
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 workflows, forms, security roles, and business processes
- Exposure to Azure DevOps pipelines and release management
- Microsoft certifications are an added advantage

Shift Timing: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM IST (UK Support Coverage)
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District)
