Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales operations of our Bengaluru branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing client relationships, leading the branch team, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch revenue and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Manage and oversee end-to-end branch sales operations.
- Handle client consultations and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, partnerships, and networking activities.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all sales inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor sales performance, conversion ratios, and business metrics.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present branch performance reports to management.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and operational standards.
