We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and support our growing talent acquisition needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Digital Marketing, IT, and Corporate positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Manage candidate communication, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT, or Consulting industry.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
