As a Relationship Officer, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, understanding their business requirements, presenting our digital products, and converting leads into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage with potential clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the right digital products and software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits clearly.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a great customer experience.
- Meet monthly sales and relationship management targets.
Required Skills

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years.
- Freshers with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, customer support, or business development will have an added advantage.
