Key Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Research and analyze the local real estate market, including competitors, pricing, and trends.
Identify potential business opportunities and target clients in the real estate sector.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing.
Qualify leads and convert them into potential clients through effective communication and understanding of their property needs.
Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, real estate agencies, investors, and other stakeholders.
Understand clients' requirements and provide tailored real estate solutions to meet their needs.
Sales Presentations and Negotiation:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company's real estate offerings.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- 1 - 2 experience as a Business Development Executive in the real estate industry, with a strong network of contacts.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, property types, and legal regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the real estate sector.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
