We are looking for a dynamic and business-driven professional to join our team as a Group Head – Media Strategy. This role will be responsible for leading strategic media planning initiatives, driving integrated communication strategies, and partnering with clients to deliver impactful business outcomes across categories and platforms.

Lead the development of integrated media and communication strategies across digital and traditional platforms

Drive strategic thinking through consumer insights, market intelligence, audience behavior, and competitive analysis

Partner with senior clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective media solutions

Oversee annual media planning, campaign strategy, and communication frameworks for key accounts

Collaborate with planning, activation, analytics, and creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and seamless execution

Lead strategic presentations, client reviews, and annual business planning discussions

Mentor and manage strategy team members, ensuring high-quality strategic output and team development

Support new business pitches and contribute to agency growth initiatives

Identify emerging media, consumer, and industry trends to drive innovation and thought leadership

Ensure media strategies are aligned with business KPIs, audience goals, and campaign effectiveness metrics

6.5–10 years of relevant experience in Media Strategy / Communication Planning

Prior experience in media agencies is preferred

Strong exposure to integrated media planning across digital and traditional channels
