This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads) role based in Kolkata. The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, create, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) platforms to drive high-quality traffic and conversions. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, audience targeting, ad copy creation, creative coordination, bid and budget management, and ongoing A/B testing. The role involves monitoring performance using web analytics tools, preparing campaign reports, and presenting insights to internal stakeholders. The specialist will also collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure landing pages and website experiences support campaign goals and deliver strong ROI. Qualifications Strong foundation in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. Practical expertise in Social Media Marketing for paid and performance-focused campaigns on major social platforms. Proficiency in Web Analytics (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) to track, measure, and optimize campaign results. Effective Communication skills, including clear written reporting, stakeholder updates, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience with campaign budgeting, bid strategies, and performance dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Ability to analyze campaign metrics, identify trends, and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Familiarity with landing page optimization, basic SEO principles, and remarketing strategies is an advantage.
