Job Summary:
Triumph Auto CV is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced HR Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and support HR functions. The candidate must have strong knowledge of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and Advanced Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll processing
Attendance & leave management
PF, ESIC & other statutory compliances
Full & Final settlement
Salary MIS & reports using Advanced Excel
Handling employee salary queries
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance
- Mandatory: Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, MIS Reports, Formulas, Data Analysis)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information
Salary: 18- 27k
