We are looking for an experienced HR professional with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage & support various functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, policy implementation, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding processes & employee records
- Employee compensation & benefits: Bonus, Appraisal & Incentives
- Handle attendance, leave management in CRM
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour laws
- Resolve employee queries and grievances related to PF, ESIC, LWF, manager conflict, or personal issue
- Coordinate exit formalities and full & final settlements
- Download PF ESIC challans & manage payments & monthly filings
Required Skills
- Strong communication
- Knowledge of HR policies and labour regulations
- Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
