What You'll Do:
- Be the go-to problem solver — respond to user queries and resolve technical issues via tickets, emails, and chats, making a real difference to every user's experience
- Take ownership of the app's Help & Support section, keeping it sharp, accurate, and genuinely helpful for users.
- Dive into troubleshooting app-related issues, sharpen your debugging skills, and work hand-in-hand with the dev team on complex challenges.
- Manage daily online store operations for a seamless shopping experience.
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions .
- Collaborate with development, marketing, logistics & operations teams
What We're Looking For:
- A graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field — freshers are very welcome!
- A natural problem-solver with sharp analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Confident communication skills to connect with users and collaborate across teams.
