*About Ace Academy*
Ace Academy is looking for a Marketing & Student Counselor to promote our courses and guide students/parents in Asansol.
*Key Responsibilities*
- *Student Counseling*: Meet students and parents, explain courses, fees, and career benefits. Solve queries over phone/WhatsApp and in-person
- *Lead Generation*: Conduct school/college visits in Asansol, distribute pamphlets, collect student data
- *Telecalling*: Call interested students, follow up on inquiries, maintain inquiry records
- *Local Marketing*: Plan small campaigns like banners, posters, WhatsApp promotions for Asansol area
- *Admissions Support*: Help with form fill-up, document collection, and joining formalities
- *Social Media*: Post updates about classes, results, and offers on Facebook/Instagram pages
- *Reporting*: Submit daily count of inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions to manager
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
- 10+2 / Graduate in any stream
- Good communication in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English
- Must be comfortable talking to students and parents
- Basic smartphone + WhatsApp knowledge for follow-ups
- Local candidate from Asansol preferred
- Freshers can apply. Prior counseling/sales experience is a plus
