About the Role
Visko Real Estate Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join the Fraction Realty team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying prospects, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and website leads.
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and generate interest in investment opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads.
- Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handover and conversion.
- Provide accurate information regarding projects, pricing, and investment opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and qualification targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Real Estate Sales, BFSI, or EdTech industries.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle objections and convert inquiries into qualified opportunities.
