- Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines to support business requirements.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in data management and governance within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with designing and implementing scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data storage and processing solutions.
- Ability to optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance techniques and tools.
- Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated data solutions.
