Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall operations and administration of the training centre.
- Ensure smooth execution of training programs, mobilization activities, assessments, and placement processes.
- Lead and monitor centre team including trainers, mobilisers, placement coordinators, and support staff.
- Achieve centre targets related to admissions, training, certifications, placements, and retention.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporates, local employers, NGOs, educational institutions, and community stakeholders.
- Conduct employer engagement activities and coordinate placement drives, interviews, and job fairs.
- Monitor student attendance, batch progress, documentation, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure quality delivery of training as per organizational and project guidelines.
- Handle student counselling, grievance management, and parent interactions whenever required.
- Plan and execute field activities, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs for mobilization.
- Maintain centre infrastructure, discipline, compliance, and audit readiness.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management.
- Support implementation of government and CSR skill development projects.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team handling, and operational management skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Knowledge of skill development ecosystem, training operations, and placement processes.
- Ability to coordinate with corporates and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, MIS management, and reporting.
- Target-oriented with ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
Pay: ₹37,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
