Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to lead and manage construction and infrastructure projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, team coordination, quality control, and ensuring timely project delivery within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and supervise civil construction projects from start to completion
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site engineers
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work programs
- Monitor site execution, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Manage project resources, manpower, and materials
- Conduct site inspections and progress review meetings
- Ensure project completion within timeline and budget
- Prepare progress reports, billing documentation, and project updates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in civil construction / infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and site teams
Preferred Skills
- Experience in sewerage / drainage / infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of BOQ, billing, and project planning
- Experience dealing State government and Central Government
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
