Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Ward Nurse Incharge to oversee patient care, nursing operations, and ensure smooth functioning of the ward.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise ward nursing staff and duty allocation
* Ensure quality patient care and comfort
* Monitor medication administration and nursing practices
* Maintain patient records and documentation
* Handle patient and family communication
* Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control
* Coordinate with doctors for patient management
* Conduct regular ward rounds and audits
* Train and guide junior nurses
Requirements:
* GNM / BSc Nursing
* Minimum 5-8 years ward experience
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of basic nursing care and protocols
