About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This is an unpaid, part-time opportunity designed for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support employer branding and job posting activities
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) is preferred
