We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer's requirements, recommending suitable furniture, managing the complete sales process, and achieving monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a pleasing personality, good product knowledge, and the ability to convert walk-in customers into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand customer requirements, preferences, budget, and space requirements.
- Explain furniture products, materials, finishes, dimensions, features, and pricing.
- Recommend suitable sofas, beds, dining tables, chairs, wardrobes, and other furniture based on customer needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide a premium customer experience.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, offers, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial details.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain a proper database of customer enquiries and follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the design, operations, accounts, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order execution.
- Coordinate with customers regarding measurements, customization, delivery, installation, and after-sales requirements.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively while protecting company margins.
- Maintain proper records of orders, payments, pending requirements, and customer communications.
- Keep the showroom well-presented and ensure furniture displays are clean, organized, and customer-ready.
- Stay updated on new products, designs, materials, finishes, and furniture trends.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
- Ensure company policies and sales procedures are followed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
