Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Restaurant Manager role based in Zirakpur, Punjab. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, floor management, inventory control, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Restaurant Manager will monitor sales performance, manage cash handling, support local marketing initiatives, and implement company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing capabilities, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills.
- Experience in hiring, training, and supervising store or restaurant teams.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and MS Office; comfort with daily sales and inventory reporting.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or similar role in QSR, café, or F&B retail is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
