Flytouch Overseas Private Limited is hiring experienced Visa Counselors for Study Visa and Tourist Visa profiles.
We are looking for professional candidates who have previously worked in a genuine immigration or visa consultancy and can confidently handle counselling, follow-ups, and client conversion.
Company training for products and process will be provided.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle Study Visa and Tourist Visa inquiries
- Counsel students and visitors regarding visa options and process
- Guide clients about documentation and eligibility
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions/applications
- Maintain proper CRM updates and client records
- Coordinate with documentation and processing teams
- Handle walk-ins, calls, and online leads professionally
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi
- Strong counselling and client handling skills
- Basic sales and follow-up ability
- Professional behaviour and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
