Job Role: Customer Support Executive (Voice Process)

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls in Kannada
- Resolve customer queries with accurate information
- Maintain professional communication with customers
- Update and record customer details in the system
- Ensure customer satisfaction & timely resolution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Good communication in Kannada (Basic English preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn
Salary Details:
- Freshers: ₹15,000/month
- Experienced: Up to ₹23,000/month
