About the Role
We are looking for a smart, responsible, and proactive Executive Assistant (PA) to support the Managing Director (MD). The candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, travel arrangements, MIS reporting, meeting coordination, correspondence management, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the MD’s office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the MD’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, logistics, follow-ups, and meeting minutes.
- Take detailed notes during meetings, calls, and discussions for action tracking and follow-ups.
- Draft, review, and manage official emails, letters, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare and update MIS reports and assist in report preparation as required.
- Coordinate with various departments to collect data and track project updates.
- Ensure timely reminders, follow-ups, and completion of action items and deadlines.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Manage office administrative responsibilities and support day-to-day operations.
- Arrange all travel bookings and logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and stay arrangements.
- Maintain records and task tracking using Google Sheets and MS Office tools.
- Support the MD in professional requirements as needed.
- Must possess strong technical, software, and IT-related skills with proficiency in computer applications such as Google Workspace, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email drafting, MIS reporting, and data management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.
- Strong knowledge of Google Calendar, Google Sheets, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and email drafting.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation & Benefits
