What You'll Do
- Manage Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery
- Coordinate Projects: Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time, quality results
- Problem-Solving: Address client concerns promptly and proactively, turning challenges into opportunities
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align on client needs and ensure consistent messaging
- Reporting: Prepare client updates, progress reports, and performance metrics
- Relationship Building: Identify growth opportunities and contribute to client retention and satisfaction
Essential Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in client coordination, account management, or similar client-facing role
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a "solutions-oriented" approach
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/project management tools
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Professional demeanor and reliability
