Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who has basic hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, have a good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals, and be willing to support both company and client campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Conduct target audience research and market analysis to identify potential customer segments.
- Support campaign optimization to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall performance.
- Assist in setting up and managing retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, copies, and campaign requirements.
- Support client campaign management and provide timely performance updates.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 6-7 months of experience in Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of audience targeting, campaign setup, and retargeting strategies.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Meta Pixel is a plus.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Passion for digital marketing and willingness to learn.
