About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate – E-Commerce Customer Support, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with order-related queries, account support, and service requests. You will provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance while ensuring every interaction reflects high standards of customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to resolve customer concerns efficiently in a structured contact center environment.
Key Responsibilities

Education
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (Class XII) or equivalent.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, contact center operations, or e-commerce support is preferred.
- Knowledge of e-commerce operations and online customer support is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English (mandatory).
- Knowledge of an additional regional language is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills with the ability to understand customer concerns and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
