Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, and project sites to promote Luker Lights products.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure timely product delivery.
- Ensure proper product display and branding at dealer and retail outlets.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Travel within the assigned territory for customer visits and business development.
- Maintain professional relationships and represent the company positively in the market.
Requirements:
- Any Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Marketing or Sales (Lighting/Electrical industry preferred).
- Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
