Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and support the organization's financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts.
- Record and reconcile bank, cash, and ledger entries.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
