We are hiring at AKVM Solutions Private Limited is growing, and we’re excited to hire for multiple departments! We are currently recruiting for our Domestic Travel Sales team. They must convert inquiries into bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre) while meeting sales targets.
Required Candidate Profile:
1. Fluency in both English and Hindi
2. Fresher and experienced, both candidates can apply
3. Basic knowledge of domestic & international travel
4. Understanding of airlines and travel process
5. GDS knowledge is plus, but not compulsory
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills
7. Strong sales and negotiation skills
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
9. Willingness to learn and grow in travel industry
10. Basic computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle queries related to domestic and international travel
2. Assist customers with flight bookings, holiday packages, and travel services
3. Convert inquiries into successful sales
4. Maintain good relationships with customers through professional communication
5. Coordinate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams
6. Handle multiple tasks and work efficiently under sales pressure
7. Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve basic travel-related queries
8. Ability to upsell and cross-sell travel services.
Incentives: Unlimited
Experience: Fresher to 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
