About the role
We are hiring energetic field executives for a consumer engagement campaign in Bangalore. The role involves interacting with consumers across bangalore, introducing a new product variant, and collecting customer feedback.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with consumers at designated retail locations.
- Introduce and explain key product features and benefits.
- Encourage consumers to try product samples.
- Conduct short feedback interactions and collect responses.
- Distribute promotional giveaways as per campaign guidelines.
- Share daily activity updates with the reporting supervisor.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Kannada and/or English.
- Comfortable interacting with customers.
- Punctual and professional attitude.
- Prior experience in promotions, sales, events, or customer engagement is preferred but not mandatory.
