Job Summary
The School Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the school, ensuring smooth functioning of academic and non-academic activities. The role includes coordination with staff, parents, vendors, and management while maintaining school records, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations of the school.
- Manage front office, reception, transport, housekeeping, security, and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with academic and non-academic staff for smooth execution of school operations.
- Maintain school records, student data, staff documentation, and official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Handle vendor management, procurement, inventory, and facility management.
- Support admission processes and parent communication activities.
- Prepare reports, schedules, notices, and administrative documentation.
- Monitor attendance records of staff and students.
- Assist management in organizing events, examinations, meetings, and school functions.
- Resolve administrative issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and safety within the school premises.
