We are looking for a creative and passionate Café Chef to oversee kitchen operations and prepare high-quality café-style dishes. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing continental, fast-food, bakery, and café menu items while ensuring consistency, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present café menu items including sandwiches, burgers, wraps, pasta, salads, breakfast dishes, and desserts.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Assist in menu planning and development of new food offerings.
- Monitor food preparation and portion control standards.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
- Manage inventory, stock rotation, and food cost control.
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order execution.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain kitchen efficiency.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required.
Profile Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a Café, Bakery, QSR, Restaurant, or Hotel.
- Knowledge of Continental, Fast Food, Café, and Breakfast preparations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong creativity and presentation skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
