Job Summary:
The HR Head is responsible for leading and managing the overall Human Resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and organizational development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition process
- Manage employee relations and workplace culture
- Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
- Handle performance management and appraisal systems
- Plan employee engagement, welfare, and retention activities
- Manage training and development programs
- Maintain HR records, audits, and documentation
- Guide and supervise HR team and departmental coordination
- Prepare HR MIS reports and strategic workforce planning
Required Skills:

Qualification:
- MBA in HR / MSW / PGDM-HR or equivalent
Experience:
- 8–15 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in team handling and strategic HR management preferred
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
