Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, financial accounting, and statutory compliance, preferably with experience in the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, refunds, and assessments.
- Manage TDS calculations, deductions, return filing, and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax provisions and assist in tax assessments and notices.
- Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and account finalization.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain inventory accounting and cost records related to manufacturing operations.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and internal financial controls.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), M.Com, or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing company.

- GST
- TDS
- Income Tax
- Financial Accounting
- MIS Reporting
- Statutory Compliance
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

- Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and industry standards.
